WIFI password is "lolomalodge". There are also a few local restaurants with wifi.

Thursday ~ Settling In

For those staying on site, check in is 4pm Thursday. They use a "self check-in" procedure. On Thursday i’ll get the door codes and pass them onto you. Check out is 11am Sunday.

We will be providing dinner - a massive thank you to the Holland’s and Tarbells for putting it all together!

  • Bbq meat, veggie dogs, vegan pesto pasta and salad by Lucille

  • BYO alcohol

  • Goal is to start BBQing around 530pm

Friday ~ Ceremony Rehearsal

Friday 3:30pm @ Loloma in the Reception Area. We will walk to the ceremony site together.

For the ribbon parade, we know kids are hard to wrangle so if this isn't a good time we can practice with the kids another time. They can do anything they want to get down the aisle with those ribbons: ribbon freestyle.

Friday ~ Flowers & Decorations

From 11am. Alice Blair, Saba, Alessandro

  • Make flower vases for dinner tables, welcome table, bar. Store them in the fridge in the kitchen

  • Set up LED candles and votives on dinner tables, bar, welcome table

  • Silk ribbons as final touch

  • Programs for guests to take

Friday Night ~ Welcome Drinks

Roles

  • We have a lovely venue manager on site called Paige

  • We will also have two hired staff that will arrive at 4pm. They can help setting anything up and will help cleaning and dishwashing too

  • Crescent and Chris on the bbq

  • Lucille and Alice Lawrence on salad 

  • Betty and Ian on gin & tonic bar

  • Wine, beer and soda cans will be labeled for Friday night. Michael will lead this with whoever he can grab

  • Alice Blair, Saba and Alessandro on decorations

Details

  • Party 5-8pm. Staff are onsite to help setting up from 4pm.

  • 100 people

  • Dinner is hotdogs. We have 100+ meat and 30 non-meat

  • Condiments are pickles, sauerkraut, mustard, ketchup, mayo

  • A Lucille Lawrence salad

  • Make your own gin and tonic station

  • Two kegs in separate kegerators 

  • Cans of Modelos, Pub Beer, Ninkasi IPAs on ice in coolers

  • Wine designated for Friday night

  • We are using paper plates, forks and napkins

  • Using real glassware
