Thursday ~ Settling In
For those staying on site, check in is 4pm Thursday. They use a "self check-in" procedure. On Thursday i’ll get the door codes and pass them onto you. Check out is 11am Sunday.
We will be providing dinner - a massive thank you to the Holland’s and Tarbells for putting it all together!

Friday ~ Ceremony Rehearsal
Friday 3:30pm @ Loloma in the Reception Area. We will walk to the ceremony site together.

For the ribbon parade, we know kids are hard to wrangle so if this isn't a good time we can practice with the kids another time. They can do anything they want to get down the aisle with those ribbons: ribbon freestyle.

Make flower vases for dinner tables, welcome table, bar. Store them in the fridge in the kitchen

We will also have two hired staff that will arrive at 4pm. They can help setting anything up and will help cleaning and dishwashing too
